Yep, Charlie Chiang is the inventor of this and recently joined my old unit at Pendleton we met up and have aligned to test out his LBB kits and other tactical nylon equipment.

mine came in on saturday. i just finally fitted it to my gear. it works just as advertised and just like in the videos... my plate carrier fully loaded with 8 mags (8lbs), and 3L water pack do not sit on my shoulders. all weight is held by the brackets on the belt. i still feel the weight, it's just lower on my hips instead of my back/shoulders which is a much welcomed change. i'll try to run this at a class soon so i can report back how well it works in stan's break'em up classes..
charlie is cool to deal with by the way. regulation tactical is good to go!

Holy Molly!!! I just put my unit together and I feel like I'm freakin' cheating. I have four steel plates 12"x10" and 6"x6" all of them wrapped with level II soft plates. Six fully loaded magazines and I don't feel a damn thing!!!!
What a great invention!
I'll run with it and put it through a workout tomorrow and report back later.

I took it out for a spin yesterday and this is what I did to test the system. I loaded my condor plate carrier with my 12x10 and 6x6 plates; 6 AR15 rebuild kit loaded to the max in the front; full hydration bag on my back. My workout consisted of doing the following:
2 mile run/walk on the treadmill; 2 3-min round on the heavy bag; 30 145-lbs deadlifts; 30 push ups; 40 16-lb sledge hammer strikes; and 30 over the head tire tosses.
I wanted to puke afterwards but felt no pain to my back or shoulders. It works.
