Was wondering if U could provide more info on this class.
Type of rifle needed. Caliber How much ammo What gear we need to bring: Spotting scope, bipod, shooting mat, laser range finder, etc. What topics will be covered? Shooting positions?

Thanks, Paul Long Range Precision Rifle Course Objectives/Task: *Engage stationary targets from 200 - ~700+ meters (max Angeles) *Tactics and techniques of the USMC Scout/Sniper *Fundamentals of Marksmanship per the USMC Scout/Sniper *Supported prone and sitting *Wind value estimation *Ballistics *Understanding the mil-dot reticle (if applicable) *Range estimation *Shooter and spotter team work *Maintaining a log book *And more... Prescribed Rifle/Equipment: *Rifle (bolt or semi) and preferably capable of 1 MOA accuracy. *Quality magnified optic preferably with bullet drop compensator and/or range estimating reticle and/or mil-dot reticle. *Quality mount and rings (cheap mounts/rings = no precision) *150 rounds of quality (preferably match) rifle ammunition. More is better for remediation. *Spotting scope recommend *Bipod optional but recommended *Kestral/Wind meter optional but recommended *Range finder optional but recommend *Pack (filled) to use as support *All other equipment per TASC RC 101 requirements.
