Simulate a counter attack. 2 min punching bad drill. Basically after you do a ambush you punch a punching bag for 2 min. Fun part is the instructors are holding the back and push back! I'd sign up again but first I seriously have to workout again. The patrol and punching bag sessions really kicked my ass. "punching bag sessions"?
