Movies that portray realistic use of leadership, weapons, tactics and techniques
If this speech doesn't do it for you then you need to check your pulse and hit yourself. *Inspiration in a fight against all odds. *Use of support by fire and maneuver elements near simulaneously. *Command Leadership: King Henry actually fought in the maneuver element!
Proof of Life (2000) *Great depiction of small unit tactics *Support by fire and maneuver elements *Great use of wireless communications and hand & arm signals *Cover and concealment *Camoflage *Smooth transition from green (woodland) to grey (urban) ops *All equipment looks legit *Use of Leatherman Wave saw rather than a Rambo knife
Bravo Two Zero by Andy McNab. SAS team gets CONTACT FRONT then assaults through in accordance with near ambush standard operating procedure.
The Final Option (1982) SAS operatives feigns getting discharged thereby infiltrating a terrorist organization. Raid is loosely based on the Queens Gate Raid of the Iranian Embassy 1980.

I haven't seen AOV yet but I would assume as far as small unit actions the movie would be very realistic.

My favorite line from Pred 1 ..Que paso mujer ? Que paso ? My favorite sequence of lines. "What's got Billy so spooked?"
"Can't say, Major. Been actin' squirrelly all morning. That damned nose of his... it's weird."
"What is it? Billy? What the HELL is wrong with you?"
