I got 6 30rd hi caps. That's 1lb each. 5 pistol mags n EMT kit. My Serpa holster I run on my thigh rig. So maybe 8-10lbs.
I have a separate Tac Force "camel back".
I plan on getting the Tactical Tailor 2pc MAV from CPGear soon.

As long as it is the same you used on a TASC class then iit isn't. Justshare with us how your vest worked out during a TASC class and how you would modify it or not after the class to improve functionality.

Here is my set up that I wore at one of TASC's carbine class. It's a Condor that I picked up from Cheaper than Dirt. The kangaroo pouches are from CTD as well. It has steel front, back and side plates that are rated to take multiple AK47 rounds. They're wrapped in Level II soft armor. The whole set up is pretty heavy, probaby 40 lbs. Realistically, I would not go with this set if I had to wear it all day. The reason I have it set up this way is because I wanted a workout when I'm out there for four or five hours.

I'm not sure I understand the point of training with gear you wouldn't actually use if your blaster needs to come into play for any reason... Not sure a workout is exactly a valid reason either. It's fight training, not fitness training.
Also, I feel like if you'd like to post pictures of your own setup, it would be wiser to start your own thread or we all just have a general "this is my chest rig/plate carrier/ blah blah" thread.

Well, the title of the thread is "my condor chest rig" and this is "my condor chest rig" and I did ask first before I posted I have two different set ups one to get a workout and one to work. I'm out at TASC often enough that I can do both, it's just another personal challenge that's all.
